GENERAL ADMISSION & GUIDELINES
🌹 Eligibility:
- Female, single with pleasing personality (never gave birth/pregnant)
- Age 16–24 years old (for candidates below 18, parental/guardian consent is required)
- Bonafide resident of Lapu-Lapu City
🌹 Requirements:
- Barangay Clearance & Barangay Residency
- Certified True Copy of PSA (NSO) Birth Certificate
- Must be registered voter of Lapu-Lapu City
🌹 Screening Day Instructions:
- Wear black dress, black 1-piece swimsuit, and skin tone/nude heels
- Be fully made up before 1:00 PM
- Submit all requirements in a long brown envelope (checking from 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM)
