The City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), in coordination with the Barangay Officials, announces the Validation of Potential Beneficiaries for the UPLIFT Assistance Program.
The validation activity will be held on August 6, 2026 (Thursday) from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Basketball Court 1, Poblacion, Lapu-Lapu City (near Birhen sa Regla).
All individuals whose names appear on the official list of potential beneficiaries are required to personally appear during the scheduled validation. Beneficiaries are also advised to bring one (1) valid government-issued ID, preferably their National ID, for verification purposes.
Attendance during the validation is mandatory as it will serve as the basis for determining eligibility for the UPLIFT Assistance Program.
The Barangay encourages all concerned individuals to attend on time and comply with the requirements to facilitate a smooth validation process.
