Effective April 29 until May 12, the Lapu-Lapu City Police Office (LCPO) has issued an official memorandum strictly prohibiting the flying of kites, drones, and any form of flying objects within Lapu-Lapu City as part of heightened security measures for the upcoming ASEAN event.
📌 Please be guided by the following:
🚫 Absolute Ban
No kites, drones, or any flying objects are allowed within city limits during the specified dates.
🛡️ Strict Enforcement
Authorities have deployed anti-drone measures. Any unauthorized flying object detected may be immediately neutralized.
❗ No Exceptions
This directive applies to all individuals, organizations, and groups without exemption.

Violators may face confiscation of equipment, penalties, and other legal actions as deemed necessary by authorities.
